At age five I discovered a hard truth: I was not moving to Sesame Street. So I did the next best thing and devoted my career to creating enriching and imaginative content for kids. I have developed award-winning product lines for LeapFrog, YouTube Kids, Disney, Discovery Kids, Lingokids, Todo English and many more.

As a creative and editorial director, I establish clear goals and inspire teams of writers, artists and sound designers to deliver their best work in a positive and supportive environment. 

As a writer, my superpower is sticking to the basics. Excellent storytelling, engaging characters and a generous smattering of silly surprises – because learning should be joyful!

When I'm not dreaming up new content, you can find me strolling through San Francisco, sweating it out in dance class or trying (again) to learn how to play piano.
